If I deem it appropriate to refer you or a family member to a psychologist outside of McMaster Psychological Services clinic, I will always obtain your permission first.


I do not share the personal information that you provide to me with parties external to McMaster Psychological Services except with your express written consent other than in the following circumstances:

  • Where required by law or to comply with codes of professional conduct

  • Where I have a reasonable basis to believe that you are in breach of the terms and conditions of this Website
